Junin de los Andes, Neuquen, Patagonia
Rafting down the Collon Cura
Patagonia
Welcome to Patagonia - This immense area that stretches some 1,500 miles from north to south spreads over the Andes including much of southern Chile and a great chunk of Argentina has become a byword for wilderness, natural beauty and superb fishing.

The rivers and landscapes are of superlative beauty. Someone once said that Patagonia confirms many anglers' belief that the Almighty must be a fly-fisherman.

We have concentrated our efforts in the province of Neuquen around the town of Junin de los Andes. Junin provides the perfect base for fishing some of the most famous and prolific Patagonian rivers: the Chimehuin, Malleo, Qulquihue, Quemquemtreu and the Alumine among others. The region also boasts magnificen lakes: Tromen, Huechulafquen, Epulafquen and Paimun.

These rivers change character at every turn: from small rushing rivers with deep blue, gin clear water, to the bigger, slower moving waters of the Aluminé and its big, wild brownies.

The word "stocked" does not exist in Patagonia. All fish a totally wild and frequently out-weigh UK stocked fish. Hard fighting fish with tails like shovels.

We have put together a program that includes the bespoke service of one of Patagonia’s most famous and respected guides, accommodation at a wonderful lodge in Junin and what we believe to be a first rate combination of activities.

In these pages I will introduce the various components as we offer them as part of the hosted package, but all these elements can be moved around according to your wishes.

Spending a week fishing in Patagonia can easily be conbined with other destinations in order to make the most of your trip to Argentina.

Any package to Patagonia will include 2 nights at a 4* hotel and all transfers in Buenos Aires.
